Lionsorbet has an opportunity for someone to join our creative team in a marketing focussed position. You will be friendly, hardworking, client-focused, and resourceful. This varied role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to join a small, busy, and multi-disciplined creative team. The role will offer a wide range of assignments including research, article writing, photo editing, website copy, visual creation, social media content, and marketing campaign design both for the company and our clients.

You will be:

1. Interested in researching and writing articles about and for luxury brands including jewellery and watches.

2. A great ideas person with the creative ability to take an idea from brief through to final execution.

3. A professional, creative, proactive, and articulate individual with a positive can-do attitude.

4. Able to create engaging e-mail campaigns and SEO-optimised online articles from a client brief.

5. Focussed upon results with strong time management disciplines.

6. Able to work independently and collaboratively with clients and colleagues (graphic designer, project/program manager, and front-end developer) to deliver tasks and projects on time and within budget.

7. Attentive to detail and a ‘completer/finisher’.

8. Keen to embrace new techniques and respond to e-commerce development and design trends.

9. Adaptable and willing to support wider project delivery tasks.

10. Keen to learn and undertake training in areas that you have less experience in

Necessary Experience

You will have a formal education with a keen interest and experience in:

• Research and copywriting

• Blog/article creation

• Photo editing and image creation

Ideal Experience

• Working for a design agency

• Website content creation

• Keyword research and SEO optimisation

• Client communication

• Working with luxury or creative brands

• Adobe Photoshop / Creative Suite

Desired Qualifications

• 6 GSCEs Grade 4 and above including English and maths.

• A Level or equivalent in areas such as Marketing, English, or design-related fields.

• A diploma or degree in areas such as Digital Marketing / Creative writing / Professional Marketing

• Design and publication of company website portfolio updates (case studies)

• Assist with creation of company video and podcast assets

• Content creation and publication of company blog posts and newsletters/promotions

• Client website copywriting and blog content creation

• Company and client website SEO research and improvement
