Suttons and Robertsons is one of London’s leading traders in pre-owned jewellery and watches, and has been in operation since 1770.

Using Shopify Lionsorbet created a new streamlined site for Suttons and Robertsons. Combining a sleek design, the team unified the website with the latest Shopify technology. We were also able to seamlessly take data from their previous site and import this into their new site.

Shopify is one of the leading eCommerce tools in the world. By using this service, Suttons and Robertsons now has access to new innovations such as Shopify Flow. The service allows for the building of custom automations to help run a business more effectively.

Lionsorbet used Shopify Flow to automate product tagging. For example, if a new product is loaded into the site, it is automatically tagged with a ‘new in’ badge and put into that category. This allows the site to be more manageable and allows Suttons and Robertsons the time to focus on growing their business.

Interest Free Finance Integration

Offering a finance payment type was important to Suttons and Robertsons and we were more than happy to set this up. By partnering with Duologi, S&R were able to let their customers apply easily online with a simple form when ordering their pieces.

As shown in the screenshot to the right, finance options are available right on the collection pages. This allows the customer to compare between products easily.
