If something we've built isn't working as it should, we'll put it right. Your warranty covers faults or bugs relating to the website development completed by Lionsorbet, giving you reassurance that the website we've delivered is supported long after launch.

- Investigation and correction of faults relating directly to our work.
What's not covered
- New features, design changes or content updates.
- Shopify, app or third-party platform changes.
- Problems caused by apps installed after launch.
- Code or changes made by another developer, agency or your team.
- SEO, marketing or ongoing website optimisation.
