Our new website support membership allows us to offer you great service without the wait. If updates are time-critical we will ensure your work is booked on the same day and delivered within 24 hours.

If you have a Shopify website and need some additional help and support on a monthly basis to rely on we are there to help. From minor code tweaks, graphics, and image support to the design and build of new pages. No task is too small.

Our Support Packages

Choose from ad hoc support when you need that requires no monthly fees or have peace of mind that you can call us anytime and we will help, advise or update without needing to get quotes or book anything. Great for busy teams, or companies with little or no technical support in-house.

 
 

Membership & Support Questions

What isn’t included in support?

Although most tasks are covered, we tend not to undertake onsite and Technical SEO work and Email Marketing as these require a more considered strategy to see results. If it is minor requests in these areas we are more than happy to help.

What if I would like to cancel?

You may cancel any time after your first month. Your billing and charges will stop at the end of the current month at the time of cancellation or if paying for 3 monthly subscription at the end of the 3rd month. Just drop us a line and we’ll cancel immediately without question.

What if I make changes to my theme myself?

That’s fine. We won’t interrupt your workflow. We will only update the site as requested by you unless we have any recommendations.

Am I getting value for money?

We charge in 15-minute slots and provide a full timesheet for you to see what work we have undertaken. If you are not happy with the work we have undertaken we will re-do it or credit your account.

Can we substitute the cost for other benefits or work?

Although we do offer other services we prefer to keep this agreement to do with help and support on your website only. We are more than happy to help you out in other areas at any time.

What if you go over the time limit?

We track all time and if we go over the allotted time for one month we will carry this over to the next month so that you only pay the same monthly payment. If we feel you need additional support or you wish to book additional time into your agreement we can do that at any time.

How am I charged?

Your plan will be set up via Direct Debit through our partner at GoCardless. You will be charged at the beginning of each month for that month e.g 1st of September for September support. You will receive a VAT invoice each month following payment for your records.
