Can you hand me that pendant please?

You’ll have to pardon the pun in the title, couldn’t resist!! We worked on this little gem a few months ago with the talented Silversmith Jon Winter. We were asked to create a pendant of a full hand holding a diamond between two fingers. Perfect for us we thought!!

We didn’t go overboard on the rendering for this as Jon still had to get his hands on it to turn it into a final piece but Jon sent us the photographs below yesterday and by all accounts thumbs up from a very happy customer. Cast in 18ct Yellow Gold and set with a stunning round brilliant cut diamond.

Serendipity Diamonds – Wedding Ring Video

We were asked by leading online retailer Serendipity Diamonds to create a new, exciting marketing video for their wedding and eternity ring range. We were keen to use the power of our Jewellery animation and rendering techniques to produce a beautifully subtle video that highlighted the quality of Serendipity’s products but capture the viewers attention, and create a lasting impression.

The problem

What does a company that prides themselves on being a leader in Jewellery Photography, animation and luxury goods marketing need to help its customers further? A question we asked ourselves for many months last year. The answer came when I answered another call from a customer requesting some simple, off the shelf images of rings or wedding rings. The questions are always in the line of “Do you have a sample pendant image I can use for an article?” or “I’ve found a round diamond illustration on iStock, can you do the rest for me?” and our answers were always the same, Yes!, but I’ll have to book the work in and you’ll get it in a few weeks, does that help? The simple answer is always “not really, I need it today if possible”. So with the prospect of turning too many people down or sending them off to other vast on-line stock libraries to sift through thousands of irrelevant images we thought it high time we gave our customers something quick, affordable and most importantly instantly accessible.

After a few months of development, some sleepless nights and a whole lot of hard work we finally launched our aptly titled LionSorbet Shop. Dreamality – Unveil new logo

We have been working closely with Californian based company Dreamality Education and coaching to design and produce the new artwork and video for their new logo. Featuring a stunning bespoke Amethyst Gemstone in the shape of a D and a solid Gold R shape forming the main logo structure we were pleased to work alongside CEO and founder Arjang Zendehdel to visualise this stunning design.

We were asked to produce an in-store display video featuring an exclusive collection of diamond jewellery for high street retailer Fraser Hart.

As one of the UK’s leading, network of independent shops selling Diamond Jewellery, Designer Jewellery and High Quality Watches we were naturally pleased to create something unique and eye catching.

Created entirely in 3D, the video below provides an introduction to their individual range of Jewellery that allows the customer mix and match the shank and setting of the ring to produce a perfect match for their loved one. Called “Uniquely Yours” the the range features an impressive 2500 possible combinations.

It’s a mouthful we know but here at LionSorbet we are so committed to providing great photography and images to our clients we decided we would put our talents to good use and set up a central on-line resource that would cater for any one looking to buy images specifically for the Jewellery Industry.
